We recently had a full roof replacement done by TSM Roof Company, including the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels—and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the very first call to the final walkthrough, Jordan was incredible. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that everything went smoothly. He made multiple trips to our home throughout the process just to check in and make sure every detail was perfect. That kind of dedication is rare. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and did a fantastic job with the cleanup—you’d never know a major roofing job had just taken place. Pricing was also extremely fair. We got quotes from six different companies, and let me save you the time: just go with TSM. They delivered top quality without cutting corners. We have zero complaints, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work—especially if you need a solar system removed and reattached. Had a great experience. Dustin came out after a big storm to give me an estimate. He tarped the leaking part of my roof while he was up there. He gave me a fair bid very quickly. The crew came out on time, very courteous. Great communication. They did an awesome job, including the clean up. Highly recommend.

Jordan, the entire team, we thank you! Having found the quality products advertised on YouTube videos gave us the understanding that Jordan did detail upon our first meeting. The company was not the lowest bid and I am confident in not only my upgrades, but the quality of their work and following warranty. I have seen others pursue the lowest bid, which seems to this day continue to be a leaking mess for those unknowing what they have paid for… You get what you pay for. And with this company I am very comfortable under my new roof. I was a builder in the Midwest and watched every phase of this new roof… amazing! Thank you again Jordan. What a team! John and Chris
Our roof was replaced in April. Immediately, 2 of 3 skylights started to leak and causing internal damage to our newly remodeled interior. The sun shade covering our patio was also torn in the roofing process. It is currently September, 5 months later. The skylights still leak, no water test has been performed after they have repeatedly come to try and reseal their work. The tear in my sunshade has gotten so big that one of my large trees is dying. The interior water damaged on my home has yet to be repaired. The team rarely follows up with the status of repairs. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else more professional.
TSM is a fantastic roofing company to work with. Very professional, high quality work, prompt and considerate. They even cleaned my pool after the job and dealt with our insurance company.
