READ THIS if you’re getting an I-693 immigration medical exam Avoid this place at all costs. I usually ignore 1-star reviews, but this one is well-earned. I needed Civil Surgeon exams for my family and chose this clinic because it was cheap. Big mistake. Urine sample surprise — They didn’t tell us we’d need a urine sample at the first appointment, but we managed. Minor issue. Lost sample + no accountability — A week later they said the lab lost the sample (no apology or responsibility) and told us to come back. It was Friday, so I said next week. They agreed—no further info. Late fee threat — Monday, they called wanting to schedule the second appointment—completely forgetting we still needed to redo the urine test. I reminded them. They threatened a late fee if we didn’t come in tomorrow. For a mistake they made. New sample — We came in, gave another sample, watched them process it. One day later, results were ready. So yes—they definitely lost the first one and blamed the lab. Double scheduling — We scheduled the next appointment. Then they called again asking to schedule it—as if the first time didn’t happen. Total disorganization. Final appointment — We signed everything, double-checked what we could, and mailed the forms to USCIS. Still not done — They called back: paperwork was wrong and blamed me for not catching an incorrect date the doctor filled out. They refused to pay for the re-shipping—even after admitting fault. Final insult — I returned in person to fix it and asked again about the shipping cost. They still refused, despite acknowledging the mistake. I recorded it for proof.

AWESOME DOCTOR AND STAFF! Whether it's primary care or specialty services he offers, I have never had a doctor that treated me as well as Dr. Reddy and his staff. As a patient and as a person they have always been a pleasure to deal with and just sitting in the waiting room you will figure out the same as every patient I have seen leaving his office always leaves with a smile, and I must say the only Dr. visit I have ever looked forward to was visiting Dr. Reddy's office. I could not recommend enough!
Absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so kind, helpful, quick to fit me in for appointments if something comes up out of the blue, very thoughtful and thorough, just such a treasure of a place in Nashville. Special shoutout to Nurse Oumy. She is the BEST Primary Care health practitioner I have ever had. I have never felt so cared for, she takes so much time to answer all of my questions, follow-up on results, take my concerns seriously, she is cautious, has the BEST bedside manner, super knowledgable, and I feel so blessed to have found her. It really is a pleasure to go to this practice.
The worst doctor’s office I’ve ever had the misfortune of being a patient at. They frequently mix up my appointments and do not fill my prescriptions on time. I have come to scheduled appointments only for them to tell me that they have a different date in their calendar. I have called for days on end BEGGING for my prescriptions to be filled, only to have to wait for multiple days after to have it filled. Also, they rarely answer the phone, so good luck talking to anyone in that office. I cannot wait to leave this doctor’s office. I have had a horrible experience with them.
