INCREDIBLE Job! I recently had CRS put a new roof on my house and it was truly a great experience. Fernando came recommended from two family members as well as a neighbor and fellow employees on an internal “homeowners” discussion channel at work. He and his team showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job on my new roof (40 shingles) and did a great post-project cleanup all around the permitter of the home. We also had him replace some cracked fascia boards and replace three skylights. We really appreciated that the crew brought their own portable restroom—it made a multi-day project much easier and showed great thoughtfulness. It looks amazing and I am very happy to be heading into Fall with a new, great looking roof. I highly recommend Fernando and his team at Certified Roofing Services (CRS). 100% recommend!

We had our roof replaced a couple of years ago and didn't properly vent the soffits to match the new roofing design. Fernado came out to give a quote for adding smart venting and a ridge vent. Rather than provide the quote I called about, he provided a more sensible solution for intake at the soffit. He strongly encouraged us to do soffit and fascia work rather than have him come out and provide roofing services. He could have easily written us a quote, done the work and made some money but gave us a more economical and effective solution for free. I don't need a new roof, but if I did, I would call CRS.
We had a great experience with this roofing company. They repaired our roof quickly and professionally, and the quality of the work was excellent. The team was punctual, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs. Thank you for the outstanding service
Certified Roofing Services Portland (CRS) did a great job for us on our large 3600 sqft re-roofing project. They removed two layers of old roofing and several panels of rotted wood decking and underlayment and replaced it with all new decking, underlayment and shingles. They were also able to replace trim, repaint the wood, and install new gutter guards. They had four guys, including the owner working non-stop for 5 days. They left the site clean at the end of each work day. No sales people to deal with because you're dealing directly with the owner operator. Fernando takes pride in his work and knows the made in Oregon Malarkey shingle product very well. Prior to selecting them, I consulted with two other shingle companies with good reputations. They used similar products but wanted to charge between $10,000 to $30,000 more than Fernando. I spoke directly to the shingle manufacturer, who spoke highly of Fernando's workmanship. This is a great family owned, honest and hardworking business you can trust.
