Jacky D. was AMAZING. He made my experience better than expected. He was kind, professional, detailed oriented, and updated be through the process on what was the next step. He was timely with the appointment and finished the job at the end of the day. I appreciate you all for send the best to provide the best service during this stressful situation.
Ian did an excellent job! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was respectful, efficient, and made the whole experience stress free. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a dependable plumber!
My family and I are very upset with Jorge Alfaro of Mr. Rooter. My parents called to have a clogged drain in the kitchen fixed. Jorge came and unclogged the drain then continued to inform my 90-year-old dad that he needed a new garbage disposal and new drainage pipes. My dad usually fixes these things and he knew the disposal was still working but he recently had surgery and could not lift more than 5 lbs. Jorge quoted a price of $1.700 for all of it. It took him 2 hours to do all the work but he did not even replace the drain that comes with the new garbage disposal. He then presented my parents with a bill for over $2,000. We looked up the prices of the supplies and it came to $200 so he charged them $900 an hour! He left all the items from under the sink out on the floor and left and my dad unable to bend over to clean up his mess. To make matters worse, he installed a garbage disposal that was not the same kind, it was not hard wired and he did not know how to plug it in, so they were left with a new garbage disposal that did not work when the one he took out did work. He did not give my parents a receipt and said they would mail it but never did. We had to go to the unsympathetic, uncaring owner to get it. We saw that the supplies, tax and labor are not separated to see what each charge was. We feel Jorge and his boss just took advantage of an elderly couple. We also sent an email to the Customer Service email and it was never acknowledged . Jill Strickland

Thank you to Mr. Rooter for coming out to my house and looking at our bathroom issue. Love the customer service, great attitude, and taking time to talk/explain things from your technician. Definitely will book another appointment with this company in the future when we have another issue with our plumping!
So this guy comes out to our house and clears a clog then sits down and gives us a quote for $84,000 of work we “should” get done. The quote for everything, replacing sewer lines (which we asked for) and adding clean out (which we asked for) and the price was more than double other quotes we got. I told the guy, he asked us not to use his name in reviews, that we did not want to replace our mainline but he gave us an $84,000 quote anyway. I would go ahead and find a plumber that’s interested in your interests instead of lining their pockets.
