The negatives are there is no hand soap in the bathrooms. The front desk won’t call you a taxi or help with transportation. No one helps you with your luggage fron the taxi. To get a door dash order you have to hunt down the location and it’s basically outside just sitting unguarded on a corner table near the parking garage. They make you pay an additions charge of $10 a day to use their wifi. I booked through delta so my price was good but the website was three times as much. For a high end hotel I would expect assistance with these things. The rooms are clean. The view from the premium room with a view was good. The temperature in the rooms was easily regulated. Bed not very comfy though. If you don’t mind paying a lot for location and a clean room with no hand soap and no assistance, book it.
If you book a room here, there’s a great chance you won’t be able to actually get into your room until after 7. They have a lot of conferences and they’re not equipped to handle that many people. When we arrived at 4 there were probably 100 people standing to the side of the front desk hoping that their room would come available. Some of them checked in as early as 8:30 that morning. I understand not being able to get into your room until 4. But we checked in at 4, and my wife and I stood in the lobby waiting for a room until 6. Since we had an awards dinner at 6, we both had to change in the bathrooms in the lobby. We finally got a text at 7:10 that our room was available. After waiting all this time, we didn’t get the King room. They put us in a double. If you don’t have to stay here, I wouldn’t. The room itself is pretty nice, but it’s just not worth the other hassles you’ll have.

Stayed here twice for concerts in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful, Tiffany at reception was welcoming and helpful with questions. I was able to check in on time with no issues. Room was spacious and clean, food was good, nothing special. Only cons, I booked a breakfast package with my room & there was some confusion when I tried to use the breakfast that was included but it was resolved. And the parking, while the valets are very nice in the north tower, park is expensive and valet is the only option here. In my limited experience, south tower valet attendants were very pushy to parl there when I was dropping off a guest, and parking elsewhere.
This is my first trip to Atlanta. The OMNI is very busy with a skills competition this weekend. Even though they are extremely busy the service I received has been amazing. Tiffany Ellis is a beautiful human being. She was welcoming and super helpful. When I arrived at the hotel early I left my luggage at the luggage station. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name there but he was super nice and helpful as well. He gave me a ticket for my luggage and gave me directions to get to the check in lobby. (That can be a little confusing because there is two towers and you check in at the south tower and I arrived at the north tower) When I got to the check in location there was a very long line but all the kids there for the competition was respectful and excited. Everyone at the check in desk was friendly and took their time answering everyone’s questions. When I got to Tiffany she was super sweet, beautiful smile and ready to help. Once I got my key to my room I asked how I get my luggage she said I’ll have it sent right up. I think I was in my room for like 5 minutes and Hassan brought my luggage. He was super friendly and so welcoming as well. Unfortunately I have to change hotels today for the rest of my stay. I hope my next hotel is an awesome as the OMNI. They have big shoes to fill.
It was loud. The doors slamming was constant. The teenagers running up and down the hallways was not the best way to be woken up. If you need peace and quiet, dont go on a cheer weekend. The staff were great. The location was great for what we needed. It is definitely in a high traffic, highly crowded area.
