I had a wonderful experience at the Omni Atlanta Hotel while attending the Black Romance Book Festival. My positive experience began even before I arrived. Laurisa Guillaume, the Loyalty Ambassador, reached out to welcome me and ask if there was anything I needed prior to check-in. That level of personalized service immediately made me feel valued as a guest. While the parking fee of $65 per night was higher than I would normally pay, it provided peace of mind knowing my vehicle was secure while I was visiting from out of town. Laurisa also thoughtfully provided information about alternative parking options, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, she ensured that I received the Centennial Park view I had requested. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was friendly, professional, and accommodating. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I opted out of daily housekeeping services, but when I needed my trash emptied, I simply sent a text message and someone arrived promptly to take care of it. There was some noise during my stay, which was understandable given that the event I was attending attracted more than 3,000 attendees. However, it was never disruptive enough to diminish my overall experience. I typically stay with family when visiting the Atlanta area, but after this experience, I would absolutely recommend the Omni Atlanta Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed hotel in downtown Atlanta. I would gladly stay here again and look forward to returning if the opportunity arises.

I had an outstanding stay at the Omni Hotel in downtown Atlanta. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. I especially want to recognize Cheryl, the concierge. She went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on me. It’s rare to meet someone who makes a guest feel so valued, and because of her hospitality alone, I look forward to returning. Thank you to Cheryl and the entire Omni team for making my stay such a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Atlanta, and I will definitely be back!
We loved our stay especially because it’s walking distance from Mercedes Benz stadium where we witnessed the best Football match in World Cup History, Argentina 3 vs Egypt 2. The beds and pillows at the Omni Atlanta were perfect for both of us. Service was also superb. Very pleasant staff throughout. Front desk, bar tenders and even the folks at the coffee/shop in the lobby went out of there way to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommend the Omni Atlanta and hopefully I will be back through there again. 100% recommendations!!!
Ok am trying my best to be nice after the horrible experience with front desk the morning after we checked in. I called for some hot water b’cus I don’t know how to operate the coffee maker in the room. It connected me to front desk rather than housekeeping; the guy at front desk Tray said it will be a minute to get it. I said okay. After 1hr I called and it connected me to him again and when asked for status on hot water he said I told you it will take a minute with such attitude that made me furious. I told him it’s an hour past and I’m not being unreasonable to which he made a sassy sound. I had to call back for towels and this time he dint even greet, he was like what now?? Seriously?? And we stayed in a suit I can only imagine how other guests are treated. Anyway, after 1hr and 30mins still no sign of hot water so I went to coffee shop in the lobby and got it myself. I gave them 3 stars because I talked to the manager while I was down there and she promised to address the issue. She also sent us some amazing fruits and cookies to our room later. So thank you!!
After another hotel canceled our confirmed reservation late at night, leaving us without a room outside Atlanta, we called the Omni hoping they could help. From the moment they answered the phone, the customer service was some of the best I have experienced in a long time. They quickly helped us book a room, confirmed everything over the phone, and even arranged a late checkout since they knew we would be arriving so late. When we finally got to the hotel, the same level of service continued from the valet to the front desk. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. We were at the hotel for less than eight hours total, but the experience was such a complete turnaround from the way our night had started that we felt compelled to leave a review. The Omni took what had become an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation and made the rest of the night easy and comfortable. We are extremely grateful and would absolutely stay here again.
