From the moment he arrived, he was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently to get my AC up and running again, but what really stood out was how he took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. I really appreciated that he made sure I understood the issue instead of just rushing through the repair and then leaving. It's not often that you come across someone who is not only great at their job but also so genuinely kind and cares about the customer. Louis went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and compassion. Lou’s HVAC company was amazing! I had a great experience. They responded quickly with the services and quotes from the moment I started having issues with my A/C. My repair was on the rooftop of my condo building so it was very labor intensive and Theron was the one who installed the new A/C unit and he did a great job in one day! They found the best price and quality possible for my repair which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company!
I had a really great experience with Lou’s Heating & Cooling. They were thorough in diagnosing the problem and took the time to explain why my furnace needed to be replaced without trying to upsell me. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They answered all of my questions, were honest about my options, offered a payment plan that made the repair manageable, and even provided a loaner portable while I was without AC. Nico and Jordan showed up on a Sunday for a major repair, which says a lot. They were professional, kind, and paid attention to every detail. They made sure everything was working properly before they left, cleaned up afterward, and I never felt like they were rushing to get to the next job. They truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lou’s.
