The company came out on time and were very respectful of the house and my time. Dave who came out and gave me the quote was very nice and went over all the equipment and the best deal available. I like how the owner even came out when the crew was doing the install to look over everything. I would recommend them highly!
Nick came out to give an estimate and within minutes it felt like I had known him for years. He treated me like I am family and it was immediately apparent that he loves what he is doing and cares about the satisfaction of their customers. He worked with me on the cost and had great options when it came to financing. The installers were professional, efficient, and took great care with my home. Everything was installed exactly the way it should be. Spending this much money is difficult for most people, myself included, but when the customer service, units, parts, and installation are this great, it makes the entire situation so much easier to deal with. Btw, I received 3 estimates and was completely positive and confident with the decision I was making after receiving all three. It was an easy decision to make. Thank you C&C for treating me like family and doing such an amazing job. Can't wait to use you in the future and recommend you to others with confidence.

We have entrusted C&C with our heating and AC needs. Once again they pulled through for us when we needed them the most. As our AC unit was serviced, we learned that it was on its last leg and made arrangements to meet with someone from sales to discuss other options. Brian came to our home the same day and helped us choose the best option for our household. Installation setup was quick (two days later) and went smoothly. Now we are enjoying our much more efficient and quieter unit. Excellent experience all around and so happy we were proactive and got this addressed before it was too late.
Tyler was one of the best service men I have every had work on my HVAC unit. He was very thorough. I felt very confident in his work. He looked at everything and found the reason why my AC was not running properly. I would definitely ask for Tyler again next time I need service. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
My first service call, Kevin came out because my heat wouldn't turn on (this was after Consumer Energy replaced my meter outside) To my embarrassment- the switch was off. As long as Kev was there, he did some maintenance. My 2nd visit (in less than 1 months was because my AC did not go on. Fan moving outside on unit but no air. I was happy to call because it was under warranty. But it wasn't the AC it was the control board on furnace. Noah was able to get AC running (80 degrees in house and I had company coming). Said there was no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. Control board would be a little under a $1,000 but furnace was 18 years old and when I researched online it said that model had a 15-20 year life span. My decision was to replace. Noah also told me what I could do if it happened again. Don came out later on same day to recommend size and new furnace was scheduled for 10 days later. The next morning air again didn't go on but I was able to do what Noah had suggested but I called to move up furnace installation. Grant and Kevin #2 did a great job (very long day for them) My furnace install included upgrading the venting to PVC piping with intake and outflow? to the outside. Also went to high efficiency from 80% efficiency. Decided to purchase a service contract for yearly inspection, etc for my peace of mind.
