Twice in the past 4 months we have had to book a room here last minute due to my mother being admitted to thr local hospital not doing so well. We didn’t want to be away from her. This last stay was just this past week and we were exhausted! It had been a very long hard emotional day! We called they had exactly the number of rooms we needed in the exact way we needed them and we told them we would be there in 5 minutes! We got there and Carter and I believe his name was jeremiah was so kind and accommodating and compassionate! The rooms are always so clean, hotel staff is kind and welcoming, the breakfast is absolutely delicious! For the area the hotel is in the hotel itself feels safe and has some gorgeous views! Love this hotel!
Parking bit hassle. Garage is separate to the hotel, need to download parking app and get code setup during checkin, finding the parking spot can take time due to faded parking spot numbers. Bar only serves liquor no food. Morning breakfast included, decent food. Room was decent sized. Bed was comfortable. There are board games near the bar.

The hotel itself is fine, but it lacks the value-added services expected of a 4-star property and aligns much better as a solid 3-star hotel. The main drawback is the chaotic parking setup. You are forced to park in the narrow check-in area just to get garage access. Having to wait to check in while our car was left sitting almost in the street felt incredibly unsafe. We didn't mind the actual walk to the garage later, but the initial check-in process creates a stressful bottleneck that needs a better solution.
Beware! I was charged $1700 in random charges. I booked though my company's travel agency and only put my personal card down for incidental. Completely unacceptable. All the charges hit right after I had paid the balance to 0 on my card so I was charged interest. I tried calling and emailing but they arent able to do anything. Apparently they switched over the computer system they used and it must have glitched. While the hotel was nice, I cannot recommend until they can get their financial system under control and I can get a refund. So far no response from anyone. I travel a lot and always stay at Marriott, but I will have to switch to another chain until this gets fixed.
The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The front desk personnel were phenomenal and the daily breakfast was enjoyable.
