We had a wonderful stay here The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived very everything was very clean. The outdoor hot tub was an absolute highlight for us. The main swimming pool was also fantastic. You absolutely cannot miss the on-site restaurant. The food was delicious, and we happily ate our breakfast there every single day of our stay staff very kind. The only downside to our stay was the sleeping arrangement. The beds felt a bit too small and were far too hard for our comfort. They did provide a crib it was very helpful.
It’s always a great experience at the hotel. I like that there are four different places to eat at during your stay. Front desk is always friendly. The food was great as expected. The atmosphere in the bar was fantastic especially service With MULU, River and Jessica. My cousin lives in Denver and came to visit and they made him feel welcome as well while we had dinner and drinks. Keep up the great work

Its great, everyone was very nice and accommodating. Clean, came thru with accomodations as needed. Room was great, signed into Netflix and enjoyed the TV. Could not hear the rooms next to me was incredible. Super comfy beds with all the pillows I asked for heck yeah a dream. Gym is spacious and always open with no broken equipment. Pool is large with good hours. Restaurant was tasty, enjoyed my drink. Oh and the complimentary cookie will keep me coming back hahah delicious cookie!! Warm melty super chocolate. Only cons, which were minor: $20/night for parking, hot tub too hot to use literally turned my partner into a lobster lol, the restaurants arent open all day everyday. Theres a gap where they dont serve food but eh plenty good shops nearby.
This hotel was subpar. I think the best part of our experience at the hotel was probably the friendly security guard and some of the staff besides that the rooms are extremely small for what you pay for we checked in late at night but yet couldn't get to the pool the next morning before check out in time for my daughter's to swim and they wouldn't reactivate our card to do so. I would have rather went to the Renaissance hotel that is right up the street that had spacious rooms nicer amenities and pool and were better priced.
I’m currently staying at this hotel and unfortunately had a frustrating experience with the front desk that I feel others should be aware of. Before arriving, I checked in through the mobile app and even paid an extra $20 for a corner room upgrade. The app assigned me a room number, so I expected a smooth process when picking up my key. However, when I got to the front desk, I was given a key to a completely different room. I explained the situation to the first employee, but she didn’t seem to know how to handle it and made little effort to resolve the issue. I then spoke with another employee who seemed more familiar with how the app works, which made the initial interaction even more confusing. I was eventually told that the room assigned in the app was already occupied and that guests typically can’t check into rooms before arriving. This didn’t make much sense since I had already checked in through the app. The whole interaction took about ten minutes, and I felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. In the end, I was told the only available corner room was on the second floor. When I asked about a refund for the upgrade fee, I didn’t get a clear answer. It also felt like the employee was implying that I didn’t understand the situation, which added to my frustration. Overall, this experience made me feel unwelcome, especially since I’m still currently staying here. I hope management takes a closer look at how front desk issues like this are handled, because better communication and customer service would have made a big difference.
