Had a 25 year old AC unit go out. Logan suggested replacing AC and furnace together as life of furnace is ~ 15 years and ours was 13 years old. Logan send Jason to our home for a review of our current AC/Heating. Jason was very knowledgeable and presented our options which also just included replacing AC unit. He reviewed the benefits of an integrated AC/Heating system also. His approach was to present the facts—we felt no pressure to commit after the presentation. We decided to purchase a Dakin high efficiency gas furnace and Dakin AC system which is integrated with a Dakin thermostat. Our old AC unit was very noisy when running. The new unit is whisper quiet. The installer was Jared Cloyd along with a crew of 2. They were professional—put down drop cloths from front door to basement. Crew was here almost all day- from 9:30 to 5:30. They had some issues with error codes from the thermostat but they worked thru the issues and our home finally was cool about an hour later. I would recommend Logan to anyone needing furnace/AC work.
Jalon and Wade were awesome when installing my new AC unit! They explained everything they were going to do before they started and worked incredibly hard all day to get us up and running. I even got to enjoy an awesome '90s playlist coming from the basement while they were working, which made the experience even better. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and painless. Buying a new AC unit is definitely not something anyone looks forward to, but they made it as positive an experience as possible. I would absolutely recommend this company, and if you get Jalon and Wade, you're in great hands!

I really liked the customer service provided by Logan Services. I was able to make an appointment over the phone by an AI representative to request an estimate to replace my old AC/Furnace system. Zane stop by my home on the agreed time and he guide me through the options to best fit my needs and budget. After I choose the system and options I wanted a team lead by Travis arrived at my home on time, they explained me in detail the work that was going to be performed, they answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Very clean installation, they were respectful to the property (inside and outside), outstanding communication during the installation process. At the end there was a small walkthrough to show me the new system and how it works. Very pleasant experience with this company, I do recommend the services provided. For anyone out there looking to replace your AC and Furnace I did check prices and options with other two recognized companies in the area, there is no comparison to be honest.
Called to get estimate on furnace/A/C and new hot water heater. Salesman Zane (great knowledgeable guy) came out and looked at old equipment and listened to what I wanted. He had quote ready before he left and gave to me. Called him couple days later and said I accepted proposal and signed it digitally. They had a crew led by Joshua out two days later and they did an excellent job on installing new equipment and their communication throughout entire process was amazing. Recommend Logan Services for any HVAC service
The sales person Matt was very professional and informative. The installation crew were all very nice and did a decent job. We had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed. The only issues we had was something left loose and natural gas leaked into our home. We called and convinced them to come the next day when we noticed it. Fixed quickly. Only other issue were hand prints left on the side of our home . The install crew kept everything inside protected and cleaned up well. All in all I feel like we received a fair price for a top notch system. Customer service, even on a Saturday, was excellent.
