Best Automotive Repair on Robertson is truly a hidden gem. Ravi/Raphi is a kindhearted, honest, and helpful person, and my wife and I really appreciate the way he takes care of us and our vehicles. I run multiple businesses and have a few mechanics I use depending on timing and what needs to be done, but I always enjoy going back to Ravi. He is fair, cost effective compared to a lot of places in LA, and he does his best to get your car in and out without letting it sit for days. He has worked on my Jeep Wranglers and other vehicles including my employees', and I always feel like he cares about making sure the job gets handled. There was one situation where we had to work through an issue with one of my Jeeps, and what I respected most was that Ravi was willing to communicate, compromise, and make things right. That matters a lot to me as a business owner because no business is perfect, but how a person handles a problem says everything about their character. Another thing I appreciate is that he keeps my vehicles safe when they are there. He locks them up, watches over them, and treats them with care. The shop is connected to a gas station, which is convenient, but honestly Ravi does such good work that I feel like he deserves a bigger shop with more space. Overall, Best Auto Mechanic is a place I highly recommend. Ravi is a good person, he does solid work, his prices are reasonable, and he genuinely tries to help people. My wife and I really love this business and appreciate everything he has done for us.

Had a great experience at this auto shop. My car died and they quickly diagnosed it as a battery issue. What really stood out was their honesty—they didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and even installed my battery without charging me. Super attentive to detail and genuinely kind. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days, but this place is the real deal. Highly recommend!
