Areas of the building are easily accessible. Valet parking is available as well as a rather large handicap parking lot. Areas of the building are easily accessible and there are employees upon entry of the building to assist you if need be. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond in attempts to accommodate their patients. I've always felt that the staff were genuinely concerned about my well-being and satisfaction. The waiting room is open and spacious with many windows, which I enjoy. Over the years of my visits here for various reasons, I have never waited over 15 minutes to be called into the exam room or for an x-ray. I consider this one of the best places visit to address my healthcare.
Took my elderly father in because of blood in urine. They took scans and blood. After 8 hours, he had to urinate, so I collected the urine myself, because no one bothered to do it. FINALLY, after 10 hours in the ER waiting area, we were taken in. The doctor was looking for the uranalysis results. I told him the urine, what I collected, was probably still up front. What a joke. Spent over 12 hours in the ER to basically have my father's bladder retention relieved and to be told to follow up with a urologist. I pray I never have to return to this ER. It's a nightmare. After talking to others, no one wants to visit other ERs, so they come to this one. Not sure why. Parking is a nightmare, people are packed in like sardines in the waiting area, many were leaving before being seen because of insane wait time, and suffering for hours waiting to be seen by a doctor.

Took my daughter up to see her surgeon on an immediate consultation request by him. The area of Avon is just so clean and beautiful. Most everything is new, it's booming up there. Got there early and dropped her at the front door. The parking looked like a nightmare, so I went sightseeing until she called when done. Cleveland Clinic won't be outdone, medically speaking, I'm certain of this. But the parking needs to be addressed.
I was denied what I was told was a "life saving procedure". The procedure I needed was to have my bladder evacuated. Because I wouldn't stay overnight at the hospital they refused to evacuate my bladder. Staying overnight in a hospital room would not help or contribute to my health. But not evacuating my bladder has a direct effect on my well being.
I only have nice things to say about this place. The nurses and Doctors have all been very nice, helpful and informative. I would go here for everything if I could.
