We selected J. Francis after doing lots of research into local contractors. We are extremely happy that we went with J. Francis. The whole staff was so helpful throughout the process. We particularly enjoyed our monthly trips to J. Francis while we worked with the design team to sketch out our basement. And the process was seamless once construction started. Big shout outs to Emily and Ryan. We love our basement and so do our kids. Would recommend to anyone.
We hired J. Francis to do significant renovations (kitchen, two bathrooms, and more) on a 120 year old home that we'd purchased. The project is concluding, and we are so pleased with the work that they've done. Our designer, Emily, helped turn a rough heap of ideas into plans for beautiful rooms that incorporated our style and the functionality that we wanted. Our lead carpenter, Bill, and his team tackled every challenge that emerged from behind the walls of such an old home and made sure that everything looks great. Our project manager, Troy, made sure everything stayed on track, and helped make sure the process was stress-free by proactively handling every challenge that arose throughout the process. Are they the least expensive firm out there? No, but the peace of mind we got from working with them, a design and build firm, was absolutely worth it for us. We highly recommend them and are already starting planning on additional projects!

We chose J Francis Co when we moved to area about 15 years ago based on a referral from someone else in the business, and we truly couldn't have made a better choice. From bathroom remodeling and interior renovations to gutter repairs, windows, doors, painting, ventilation and chimney work, their craftsmanship is excellent. They are reliable, professional, and take great pride in their work. Dave and the entire J Francis team truly stand by their "once a customer, always a customer" philosophy. They've provided honest advice, dependable service and peace of mind whenever projects or repairs come up. Every job has been done right and built to last. We highly recommend J Francis Co for quality home remodeling and contracting work.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. J Francis renovated our horrible 80’s bathroom. It is now a lightly mid century modern to go with the rest of our house. They do beautiful work. They understand architecture and do custom wood work. Timely. On budget. Whole process felt great. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Our new favorite room in the house!
This was our second project with J Francis Co, and again they were an excellent group to work with. We had makeover work in several bathrooms due to water leaks, and while we were at it decided to tackle some long overdue updates. They provided everything from the design, to help picking colors and patterns and coordination of all the work. As with any remodeling project, there are always unexpected challenges, but they were always very communicative and owned every issue until it was resolved to our satisfaction. They kept things as neat as possible. From start to finish we enjoyed working with the team. We'll be back for our next project.
