You cannot reach a scheduler or the office directly. This has caused delays in care with our provider for my children, and long, inappropriate conversations with overseas reps who you cannot understand and cannot understand you! If you have an urgent concern or need care, you can't access it. We are now having to rely on urgent cares due to never being able to schedule with or reach our office and provider! I have been on hold for over 20 mins just to reach an overseas person who cannot understand that I just need to schedule a sick appointment, just to be told they cannot schedule and put me on hold again! This is a circus! The doctors and care are great. Mercy, do better!
