Tyler Maginn was very knowledgeable and educated me on each of his steps/processes. He was very professional and helpful. Tyler told me exactly what time to call AEP so our electricity could get turned on today (Wednesday) instead of on Thursday. I would definitely use R&T Yoder Company again because the customer service from my first phone call until the meter and components were installed was absolutely phenomenal! Evan came out to help us with an alarm issue, checking the integrity of an outlet to ensure all was safe. While here he corrected a broken dimmer on another switch and also offered some lighting suggestions for a separate room I had in question. He was professional and kind, and didn’t rush each time I asked another question. We love Yoder, and really appreciated the excellent service provided by Evan! They continue to be an amazing company to work with.
