This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this clinic. On both occasions, I waited more than an hour for a routine annual exam. While patients are waiting, the reception staff spend most of their time talking among themselves, which gives the impression of poor organization and little respect for people’s time. The doctor clearly seems overwhelmed and overbooked. She was running from one place to another trying to keep up, which reflects very poor management by the clinic. After waiting so long and seeing no clear indication of when I would actually be attended, I ultimately decided not to go through with my exams. Honestly, if they cannot properly handle the number of patients they schedule, they should stop overbooking appointments or at least be transparent about wait times. The only positive part of the experience was the assistant, a very kind, professional, and efficient Mexican lady who treated me with respect and professionalism. Aside from that, the experience was extremely frustrating. People’s time should be respected. I would not recommend this clinic.
I have to give many thanks to this office and specifically practitioner Porras. Hopefully she is still there. She was very attentive to my issues, pains, and concerns. Ordered several tests and ultimately helped me finalize my diagnosis. It did lead to a surgery I had been considering and avoiding but ultimately I’m very happy I did with her recommendation.

Been coming here for the past year or so – care is FANTASTIC; Dr. Porras has taken great care of me. But getting in contact with the front desk is next to impossible, especially with the recent integration of the AI assistant. I've been trying to contact the reception desk for the past 3 days to reschedule an appointment (something that the FollowMyHealth companion app *says* it can do, but always redirects you to call them anyway. Absolutely ridiculous) and I've been greeted by the AI assistant that can do basically nothing except take a message and give an empty promise of a call back. I've left messages as instructed and NO ONE has returned my calls. I sincerely wish I could give this place a higher rating because of how well they've taken care of me, but the front desk performance is absolutely abysmal and singlehandedly turns this into a 1 star rating.
I've been going to this doctor for 2 years now. Doctors and care physicians and receptionists and Ray, the phlebotomist, are always so very nice and friendly. The doctor always lets me know and ask me if I need refills, if I have any new pains or concerns every time I go in there. They let me know results of my labs and a timely manner. And before I leave the office they always ask if I need my parking validated that way I don't forget. I like going to this doctor.
Today is my first visit and I’m so happy I found them. The staff is so welcoming! I was greeted by Sylvia whom checked me in with a warm smile. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Joyce at the front desk who is super friendly. Marcos was very informative and polite. J2 (Joyce) was also very kind and friendly we had a great convo. Ray did awesome with my labs and was also very courteous, and last but not least Dr. Sawhney was so awesome she addressed all of my concerns and needs and helped me navigate to get all of the documentation I needed for my visit. I have definitely found my new doctor’s office and feel confident I’m in good hands with the staff.
