I am writing this review in all honesty. In the past, I saw Ms Alston. I visited now and is seeing Ms Grace for follow up after discharge from hospital. She was graceful, asked the necessary questions and presented the course of actions/adjustments that may have to be made on my next visit based on the medical information she had available. Scheduling my appointment at this office has never been a problem. I have also been treated politely. The office is never crowded and always clean.

Terrible experience — unprofessional and discriminatory I arrived at this office at 11:50 AM for a simple LAS appointment and didn’t leave until 2:17 PM. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The staff repeatedly spelled my name incorrectly and not just a simple typo, but in a way that felt intentionally disrespectful. They kept writing it as “RAKAYA,” which is not my name. I kept asking for it to be corrected multiple times, and instead of fixing it, they continued to spell it the wrong way the way they wanted to. That careless mistake ended up causing me to pay an additional fee at my surgery center. This office shows a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect. They prejudge patients based on names and appearance, and their customer service is unacceptable. The way they treated me was uncalled for and made me feel uncomfortable the entire visit. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time, money, and being treated with basic respect go somewhere else.
