We’ve had quite a bit of challenges with the company that creates my Invisalign trays which has delayed my treatment several times but I have to say this in no way changed my opinion of the staff and my experience. I always get right in and the team has always been very sweet and accommodating. I can’t imagine how tough the feedback can be in these situations when relying on other companies for things. So to the several individuals who’ve assisted with my treatment thank you for your kindness, patience and advocacy. I appreciate you.

My experience at Dental Works was terrible. I needed my wisdom teeth out and got the bottom two pulled. It was a fairly quick procedure but I was rushed to the car directly after. I was only prescribed 800mg of Ibuprofen and nothing else. After 5 days of excruciating pain, I went to the ER since it was the weekend. I finally felt some relief but there was no phone call from the office to check on me during that week or a follow up appointment made. I called the office the following week to make a follow-up to make sure I was healing properly as I was still uncomfortable since there was also bone put in my mouth and a small cyst that needed to be removed. I arrived at my 2PM appointment a few minutes early and waited 58 minutes until I was called back. When I went to the back after a “follow up” x-ray, I waited an additional 20+ minutes. I ended up leaving without being seen after waiting around 90 minutes for the appointment. Never will I go back to a Dental Works, the prices are ridiculous and the customer service is horrendous. 3/4/26 Update I received an $182 bill for the follow up x-ray even though I never saw a doctor in that visit and waited over 90 minutes. I also never heard anything about said x-ray, if my surgery site was healing well, no follow up phone calls, etc. This place is actually insane and should be ashamed of themselves.
