This has been by far the highest level of customer service my wife and I have ever experienced. We travel quite a bit, and it’s rare to find a place where every single detail is handled with such care. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we were greeted warmly and made to feel like true VIPs. Candace and her team have created an atmosphere that is both professional and welcoming, and it’s clear that they take pride in ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. The friendliness didn’t stop at the front desk—it extended to the cooks, cleaning crew, and every staff member we encountered. Each interaction felt genuine, and we were constantly impressed by how attentive and accommodating everyone was. The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable—the kind of place you can truly relax in after a long day. Not only that, but the rooms are also very economical, which makes the level of service and comfort feel like an incredible value. Candace and her team set a new standard for hospitality. We left not only impressed, but also feeling like we had discovered a hidden gem that we’ll absolutely return to. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines exceptional service, comfort, cleanliness, and value, this is the place to stay.
Dissatisfied w/this room type, 2 QNS Studio Suite Non-Smoking. Suite was missing the basic kitchen utensils for a family of 5. The kitchen had no bowls, spoons, plates, trash can and the supposedly refrigerator and freezer were the size of a microwave. Yes, the freezer compartment was so small that nothing would fit. Additionally, couldn’t fit a half gallon of milk, drinks, etc. in fridge. The entire suite had a total of 2 small trash cans too. We stayed on the 3rd floor and we could hear the upstairs neighbors or guests walking or stomping. We couldn’t get a good night sleep on our 3-night stay. Either the upstairs guest was not being considerate or the building structure was weak. We did complain w/the front desk. Unfortunately, the stomping would not stop. My expectation was that Hampton Inn (HI) would offer the same basic amenities as their sister Hotel chain, Homewood Suites (HS). We’ve had positive experiences at HS. Too bad that HI didn’t meet our expectations. Their suites need a TRUE kitchen. Will not stay at HI again.

Barbara at the front desk was so nice to deal with while checking in. Maid staff were also very friendly. Convenient location off the freeway and close to shopping, restaurants and various stores. Only minimal downside was the noise that can carry between rooms (could hear a crying baby next door) but never affected our sleep. Then I think the corner of the entrance door was wedged against the frame because the door seemed difficult to open and would make a loud crack upon opening. Overall, a hugely positive experience
Great spot to stay at overnight before heading to Grand Canyon. Near several stores to stock up on supplies as needed. Service was friendly and nice. Free parking. One of the towels did have makeup that was still visible (dark stains) on it but I do believe the towel was still washed/clean. I would come here again.
Candace, the manager, went above and beyond with her customer service. She was involved, accommodating, and had such a great attitude throughout our stay. The jacuzzi was very enjoyable, and the room was so big! Anytime I’m in Arizona, I’ll be staying there again - love Hilton hotels.
