The service I received was exceptional. On short notice a repairman arrived to repair a faulty motor affecting my air conditioning unit. The entire transaction from start to finish was professional. My experience over the years with White services has been stellar. The courtesy of the staff, the knowledgeable repair personnel, the availability of parts and customer service are truly commendable. My experience was 5 star quality.
Our maintenance service technician, Zach, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice on how to properly maintain and use our heating and cooling system. Signed up for their maintenance program in the fall when they serviced my heating units and the technician was great and very thorough. They were due to come out next week for my air-conditioning maintenance visit, but we discovered our AC wasn’t working last night. I called them this morning and they came out by 11 AM! Again the service technician was great, very thorough, professional and quick. The fee for the fix was reasonable and we now have cool air on a 90° day. Would recommend to any of my neighbors.
I would give 0 stars if I could..... They came to check on my furnace as a routine check. They said all was well and left.... upon turning the heat back on a few hours later....no heat... Called company and they sent their tech back out... He forgot to reconnect something which caused the blower motor to fail. They replaced the blower motor and left. A couple days later it stopped working and we called White Heating again to come out and fix whatever it was that they did. The company then told us they do not normally work on the brand of furnace I have and would not be coming back to fix the issue they created. Then why did they originally do the maintenance in the first place? Called another company who I recommend ( A Comfort Service ) who told us the blower motor had been installed incorrectly. DO NOT USE WHITE HEATING & USE ANYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD !!!
My furnace stopped work and White Heating came out within a few hours. Service person was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. The repair was quickly made. Very pleased!
