Sent lead form in asking for a quote on EV charger install. Was contacted via phone and I requested a Thursday of Friday appointment of the same week and was told they would confirm and get back to me. Next got a text from someone else at Whitney who thought they were reaching out to me for the first time and didn't know about the call. Re-explained what I was looking for and reiterated my request for a Thursday or Friday appointment later that week. Then got a text confirming a Wednesday appointment, which I then re-asked for the third time to be Thursday or Friday later that week. I then received an invite for a 6 hour appointment window Thursday the following week....sigh. Happy to finally have an appointment at all, I rolled with it. Thursday of next week comes around and I stayed home from work to make the appointment. 4 hours into the window I texted to make sure a technician was still coming and received a text message assuring me they were. Of course no one showed up and I never received a call or text. 6 hour appointment windows are a big ask. If you aren't going to show up and not call then you just wasted my day. I hate to leave a negative review but comms from the get go were disorganized at best and then not showing up and no call after I'm home trying to accommodate your appointment window is a big bummer.

Had an “electrician” come to the house to look at our issue. The “electrician” said we needed a dedicated circuit for our microwave. We scheduled a repair date. The same “electrician” came out to repair the issue and install a dedicated circuit for the microwave. Not more than a week went by and we had the same issue. I called them back and the manager came to the house to tell me we need a three panel breaker box. I didn’t schedule an appointment because I wanted to get a second opinion. They also left a complete mess in my basement. I found screws and nails laying all over the carpeting. I had a different company come out to tell me there is not a dedicated circuit to the microwave and he installed one. Miraculously we have not had an issue since the work was actually done. The new electrician also installed a larger breaker box as there is no such thing as a three panel box. My recommendation is to stay clear from Whitney services.
