Being hospitable can’t really be taught. Most of the employees here had an under flying attitude & didn’t seek ways to help or resolutions to problems customers present. Myself and other customer interactions I witnessed. The female bartender was really nice and I didn’t even order a drink. The room was dirty especially the bathroom
Easy on and off highway. Had a reservation but still took almost 15 minutes to check in. Bed was clean and comfortable. No bottled water in the room. Morning coffee was pretty good
I booked a room at this location in the evening. The parking was off location or valet. The parking fee was not in the booking companies budget. At that point, I advised the lady to cancel. She stated that the room would cancel in the morning. I was definitely with in policy of canceling. The next day, I called to confirm and the room showed that I stayed on property and never cancelled. This raised my concern because now our company would pay two charges, the hotel I actually stayed at and this one. Ultimately, I would of had to pay this expense. I was transferred to the GM. I explained my situation and he was very professional and receptive towards my issue. The GM took care of the situation and with no problem. Absolutely excellent service by the General Manager. Great location downtown... less than 15 minute walk to many restaurants, shops and Rocket Arena. Parking is tricky, and you basically don't have an option to park other than to Valet. There's only 3-4 spots to pull up out front to unload/ drop off which were constantly full. Overall great place to stay if you're looking for a mid level hotel close to downtown and willing to walk.
Great Hotel. Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had alot of options. Great bar area and bartenders downstairs. We stayed as our team was playing in an event at huntington convention center.. which is a 5 min walk from the hotel. They only have valet parking..which is 48usd a day which we found pricey...but...they are quick..helpful and nice and its convent. But there are other parking options around the hotel you can use instead. 15 min walk to rock and roll hall of fame. And its right off the highway so you dont have to drive to far into downtown. If we are ever back..we would stay there again.
