About a 15 min walk to lots of things, a Dunkin on the next block, clean rooms. Valet has a little pull off and if it’s full (it was frequently) you can make a second layer. It was pretty well handled and efficient. Three elevators and they were pretty fast. Hot breakfast 6-10.
Excellent stay at Hampton Inn Downtown Cleveland! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great downtown location. A special thank you to HD at the Front Desk for the warm welcome and outstanding customer service throughout our stay. Also, a big shoutout to the valet attendant who was only on his third day on the job—friendly, professional, and doing an amazing job. Both helped make our visit a great experience. We would happily stay here again!
Stayed for a weekend getaway. Rooms are clean. Location of this hotel is awesome. Most of the things are in walkable distance. James church, fountain of eternity and even Pier is at a short walk. Get a city view room and it looks great. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Food was freshly prepared with food options. You can have.a brunch. Lot of eateries in walking distance. Self Parking is.not available. Valet parking is almost $60. But it was worth it. No hassle of walking back and forth to Garage.

Location is amazing. But the rooms are very noisy. The windows are not sealed so any noise like cars, sirens, voices taking on the sidewalk can be heard. Zero parking but you can park near by for $40 per day/overnight.
This place sucks especially for parking. Valet only which adds 60 bucks to your stay or public parking that's not close that adds 50 bucks to your stay. The staff is aloof especially if you are Caucasian. You're better off paying a little more and staying at the Hilton right down the road.
