Wonderful people and service! Will be bringing my BMW X5 here for all services. I just moved back to LA from out of state and I was concerned about finding someone that specialized in European cars. Otto's was the first business in my area that popped up. I took my car in for front tires. We discussed everything at length, as I have some knowledge about my car since my ex-husband was a BMW master tech. Sucks when you get divorced and lose your mechanic lol. Anyway I took my car there they did a full assessment and we discussed what was the most important work to be done including the tires. They absolutely advised me and we discussed all work that was recommend and in what order. I was very happy there was no high pressure tactics. And they were very respectful of me knowing about my car. Some places will try and make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about, especially if you are a woman. From the reviews I could tell other clients were extremely happy with services. It's hard to find a mechanic and especially on that works on European cars you can trust and I am just thrilled I found them. Prices are very far for the good work they are doing. Grateful to have found them.
I had an excellent experience with this shop. They replaced the front wheel bearing and hub assembly on my Volvo XC90 and handled everything with honesty and care from start to finish. Even they helped me to wash the car! No surprise charges and no upselling — the final price matched what we discussed, and they clearly broke down labor, parts, and shop fees so I knew exactly what I was paying for. They also confirmed that the part installed was a genuine OEM component (Volvo), which gave me peace of mind about fitment, safety, and longevity. What really stood out was how well they explained the reason for the repair. The advisor (Otto) walked me through the symptoms of a failing hub/bearing (speed-dependent humming, potential play, steering vibration) and showed how replacing the integrated hub + bearing assembly solves the issue the right way on this platform. The explanation was clear, respectful, and never pushy. After the repair, the car drives smooth and quiet again. Steering feels solid, and the front end is stable — exactly what I was hoping for. Given the transparent pricing, OEM parts, and professional communication, this is the kind of shop you can trust. I’m grateful for their workmanship and integrity, and I’ll definitely be back for future service. Highly recommend

If you have a BMW or any Euro really this is the shop to take your car for regular maintenance service and repairs. I took my BMW there and they gave me the exact same service as if I would’ve got if I went to the dealer. They inspect your car at the same time as getting your maintenance done just how it’s done at the dealer with photos. They also helped me find some issues a regular shop wouldn’t be able to identify. Price is fair and good considering they only use factory parts. Only thing is have someone take you or find something nearby to do as your service is getting done. Definitely coming back.
Great service. I came in without an appointment and the lady at the front desk was very considerate in trying to fit me in for that day but they were very busy plus I arrived at 4 when they close at 5pm, she still tried squeezing me in. She followed by making me an appointment for the next day and the service was great. Very professional and honest. Did an evaluation and recommended me other things to look out for in the future, no pressure no fear tactics. . . Etc. Highly recommend you visit if you own a European car.
Worth every single star. Honestly, this is the best service I’ve had so far. One of the hardest parts about moving to a new city is finding a place you can actually trust to work on your car. About a week ago, I had a massive coolant leak that ended up compromising multiple hoses, my thermostat, the housing, and the water pump. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed thinking about getting it all fixed. What really won me over was how the owner handled it. One of the first things he told me was to check with Audi to see if my car might be covered under an extended warranty from a lawsuit Audi had a few years back. Out of all the auto shops I called, Otto was the only one who said that. That kind of honesty and transparency really stood out, especially when he could have easily just taken the job and made thousands. I just picked up my car and drove her for two hours straight, and she’s running beautifully. I couldn’t be happier. I have a few more things I need done, and you can bet I’ll be coming back. I’ve officially found my go-to mechanic shop — and I’m confident they’ll be yours too. They also washed my car 😭 -Miranda 💕
