From the sales person Brendon to installation the experience was definitely worth it. Everyone was professional, respectful and help me understand the price to the installation process. This price was the lowest with efficient systems upgrade for my home. The installers were amazing, they were on time, introduced themselves, announced going for lunch and coming back. Once installation was complete, they ran me through what was installed and how to work it properly for warranty and yearly maintenance. I recommend.
I cannot say enough about the Mechanical Heating & Cooling Company, from the initial consultation with Josh, all the way to the installation with Daniel, duct cleaning with Eric, and inspection with Keith, and the office assistants, everyone was absolutely professional, thorough, accommodating, friendly, helpful, and excellent at their jobs. Josh came out for a consultation and explained all of the changes with HVAC Systems and the ones we were considering in particular. We had gotten several quotes from other companies but what sealed the deal with Mechanical was their up front pricing and discounts, but most importantly the 10 year labor warranty vs. other’s 5 year labor warranty. Josh went out of his way and over and above to accommodate a personal request I asked for. I am extremely grateful to him for that! Once we had the installation, Daniel and Jason came out and they were very friendly, thorough, and took great care with regard to our home. Daniel took the time to explain everything and showed me how to do a few simple maintenance tasks in between the regular maintenance service work. The next day, Eric came out to clean the ducts and he was very personable and bonded with my cat! Kevin also came out to complete the final inspection and go over the thermostat with me. He was very thorough and the two of them worked together during both events to keeping everything flowing. I am thoroughly impressed with this company with its coordination, thoroughness, competency, and professionalism! It is hard to find all of these qualities in a company these days! Now for the unit we purchased…I had no idea what we were missing until this unit was installed! We got the Carrier Infinity series and I cannot believe how whisper quiet it is and in out townhouse style condo, none of the rooms were ever heated or cooled evenly. Once the new unit was turned on, every single corner of the house was the same temperature!!! That has never happened before!!! Unbelievable! The thermostat is also state of the art! Simply beautiful and is so easy to use! I am so extremely impressed and pleased with the entire experience and the Carrier product! I recommend this company with 10 stars and the product as well! Thank you all for such a stress-free experience!!!

Cole was professional, quick, and efficient. He topped off my refrigerant, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell me. I really appreciated his honesty and would definitely use Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Electrical again.
When my A/C was struggling to keep the house cool, I called my normal HVAC company, with whom I've spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years, and was told they couldn't send a technician for more than a week. This lack of regard for me as a loyal customer for nearly a decade prompted me to reach out to Mechanical Heating, Cooling, and Electrical. For me, a brand new customer, they were able to send a technician within a couple of days. The technician they sent, John was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He even took the time to show me how to keep the condenser coils clean on my A/C unit. Mechanical has earned themselves a new loyal customer.
I had a new HVAC system installed on 7/26/26. The installer was great. Took about 5 hours. Cleaned up better than it was previously. You get a better idea of how a service company is when things don’t go perfect. I had a leak on my condensation pump from a crack in the housing. They were back within hours of me calling to fix the problem. Awesome job! Highly recommend Mechanical Heating.
