I had a fantastic experience with Universal Heating & Cooling and my technician Dillon. They quickly diagnosed the issue with one of my units and replaced the fan motor without any hassle. While they were here, they also took the time to thoroughly inspect my other unit and caught a failing capacitor before it became a bigger (and more expensive) problem. What really stood out to me was their dedication and professionalism. They spent the entire day here making sure everything was done right and fully tested before they left. No rushing, no shortcuts—just honest, high-quality work. On top of that, the price was more than fair for the amount of work they did. It’s hard to find a company that combines expertise, integrity, and great customer service like this. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!.

Austin Nix provided me with the best service experience I have ever had. He was professional, skilled at what he does, and kind and compassionate. He went above and beyond to get my heat working on the morning that the ice storm was starting, and came back with the part needed for the permanent fix as soon as the part came in. He worked for hours in the cold so that I could be comfortable in my home. I’m so grateful and recommend him and the entire Universal Heating & Cooling team to anyone looking for a company they can rely on.
Universal Heating and Cooling is an amazing, family-owned company. When our unit broke and we were in dire need, they came out immediately while every other service quoted a two-week wait. They were very efficient, prompt, professional, and reassuring. They truly treat you like family, not just a customer.
