★★☆☆☆ (2/5) This hotel charges luxury prices but delivers a very average, outdated experience. The guest rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The furniture and decor are worn, the TVs are old, and the biggest issue was the air conditioning—it could not keep the room cool, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Cleanliness was also disappointing. The room did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, and the bathroom was noticeably dirty. At this price point, that’s simply unacceptable. The only redeeming part of the hotel is the lobby and bar, which are beautiful and create a great first impression. Unfortunately, that impression disappears as soon as you get to the rooms. There are far better hotels in Seattle for the money. I would not stay here again.

Very chic, lovely hotel. Everyone knows the Fairmont is great but I came to review the lovely individual who checked me in when I arrived. Ayden was friendly, funny, and accommodating. A star!!! THANK YOU!! He made my stay great! If only every staff member when you check in at a hotel after a long day of travel could be as warm and helpful as him.
The Olympic Fairmont is the absolute symbol of the perfect hotel in Seattle for location within walking distance to major sights in the city. The best customer service that I have experienced worldwide. Our room mixed historical elegance combined with modern comfort and technology for a beautiful experience. Most of all, I had to depart at 6:00am on a Sunday morning, and the main valet on duty, Beyoncé, worked with me to make sure that my son, who was departing later, could have his EV rental parked securely and charged, as he had lost his key fob but had the info. to start the vehicle on his IPhone. Beyoncé is truly a strong representation of the fundamentals for an elite landmark in Seattle.
Excellent Hotel! We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. The staff added special touches to our room for this milestone celebration and were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. We loved the pool and saunas, and the rooms and common hotel areas were nice and clean. Will be back!
