I cannot say enough great things about Andrew Edwards and the way he handled my roofing project. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. His experience truly showed throughout the entire process. Andrew took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. He coordinated everything seamlessly, stayed on schedule, and kept me updated consistently. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about doing the job right — not just getting it done. The workmanship and organization of the project were outstanding, and any concerns I had were addressed immediately. It’s rare to find someone who combines strong project management skills with integrity and excellent communication, but Andrew does exactly that.
Highly recommend Andrew and the ACI team! Andrew was incredibly helpful throughout the insurance process and made sure State Farm paid their fair share on my claim. After a few meetings and some back-and-forth with three different adjusters, Andrew was able to provide the evidence needed to get State Farm to approve a full roof replacement—which was initially denied. Once everything was settled, the process wrapped up smoothly, and my new roof and gutters from ACI look fantastic! Big thanks to Andrew and his team for their professionalism and persistence. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Justin and ACI Constuction! We recently had our roof and siding replaced through insurance thanks to a hailstorm. Justin was by our side from start to finish. He worked with our insurance company and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He also made excellent aesthetic recommendations and now our house looks brand new! As a Realtor, I have referred ACI to many clients, and they have had the same experience. This company is honest, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable!
Andrew, Project Manager, was not only a joy to work with but his professionalism carried over to his highly talented crews. We had hail damage and Andrew came and inspected the roof. Called my insurance company and they sent out an adjuster. Andrew was there and together they agreed to a new roof and gutter guard was warranted. Within five weeks of the storm damage, I had a new roof ! Everyone was great from the dumpster delivery man to the installers. Very efficient and detailed operation. Thanks again to Andrew and ACI for a fantastic job.
