We really enjoyed our long weekend. Communication with the host was great and the studio is very well appointed. Getting around is easy as trains and buses are close. We would definitely stay here again
We’ve stayed at Magnolia several times, and it has never let us down 😊🏡. Every visit, the place is spotless and well cared for, which always makes us feel comfortable right away ✨. The owner, Kate, is incredibly kind and always quick to respond to anything we need, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free 🙌. There’s also something really special about the atmosphere-it has a charming, garden-like feel that even reminds me a little of New Orleans 🌿🌸🎷. It’s such a cozy and inviting place to stay, and we always leave looking forward to our next visit. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great experience, would highly recommend this place! The carriage house room was clean and easy to check in and out. The host were very thoughtful. We brought our bikes to ride the Lakeshore path and Kate offered to put them in the garage to keep them safe. Next time we come to area we will definitely stay here again if available.
So charming! Room was clean, modern and had everything I needed. Front yard and courtyard between main house and carriage house (where the room is) were both gorgeously landscaped. Location is very close to the red line station and walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as only a few blocks from the lake. Really enjoyed my stay- I'll be back!
Studio itself was perfect. Simple, but clean and quiet. However, do NOT buy the garage parking. It’s literally almost impossible to park in that garage given the size of the alley and the space. They claim that they can snugly fit a Toyota sienna, which is true, but they fail to mention that the side where they fit it doesn’t have racks of their personal crap, and there are no dumpsters in the alley in front of it. It took about a thousand point turn and a second person to get my car in without hitting anything, and it was such a trying experience that we left it there all weekend. If you have anything bigger than a Subaru crosstrek, you WILL NOT FIT.
