I have felt very comfortable and always listened to. This is my first baby and they have made this experience very comfortable and less stressful. They have took great care of me and babies.
I had a great experience today at the women's clinic. They were all very professional. Both Iris' lol. Midwife Iris made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Talking me through everything she was doing. I'm very grateful!
First of all, the obgyn team was kind we had a plan. I was supposed to stay over to control Pain due to CRPS I get back to the holding area still under anesthesia as they’re waking me up as I’m coming out telling me to call for a ride to come pick me up completely inappropriate. It had nothing to do with the plan that my doctor made and then the last time I was in the OR was for G.I. team who left a depends diaper, rolled up with a rag w poop and pee from the scope. It down my back it was wrapped underneath my breast. I have called to make a complaints. I have told every doctor and yet yesterday this aftercare nurse decide to just send me home without my doctors orders. They were like talking me out of it. Saying they are cutting hours and want patients going home due to shortages ..I was so stressed and distraught. I went home and I balled my eyes out. I’m tired of being treated like this by Denver Health. every time I’ve had an OR experience. It’s Also been terrible due to misdiagnosis Malpractice. It just goes on and on I’m gonna be calling somebody today nobody should have to go through this. Your doctor should have a plan. The nurse should stick to the plan. Why would you change it after waking up from a procedure? It just doesn’t make sense especially when the family has already made plans for the patient. I’m just hoping that this changes . Also, they send me other people‘s bills that aren’t even my me n that don’t even belong to me, and I’ve already told Denver Health they changed my number to someone else nothing was fixed they changed my number on my file n didn’t send it to the right person. They still haven’t fixed it .a lot of incompetence or laziness .they wonder why there’s so much debt it’s because they don’t handle it correctly, n I don’t think that the tax payers of the city of Denver should be responsible when the hospital isn’t distributing bills to the correct people they have this wound care doctor. Her name is Brooke G horrible so disrespectful all this bad care has happened in the last two years. It’s sad and should stop. They need to hire competent people that have better education and bedside manner. These OR VISITS HAVE BECOME very scary they did my last attempt in the officer w a Hysteroscopy it was bariatric and never to be done with out pain meds or anesthesia to much pain to much trauma so much malpractice.. this is just so devastating so many patients are afraid to speak out but I’m not afraid I will speak out this has to change . They need to set it up with teams 1 doctor and each doctor would have a team of specialists who would still consult w their own team but would primarily work w your doctor and his patients to keep consistent care and for specialists it would have the same eyes on the patient. and that would prevent a lot of malpractice and because of this a team collaboration on one group of patients rather than the entire hospital which takes away from specialized care and bedside manner u miss collaboration or didn’t read the chart it would help doctors know in real time what’s going on w patients and faster more efficient care we would catch disease faster because the team would know the patient as well as the doctor ..Why are nurses sending u home when ur doctor set it up to stay in the OR over night this has created so much trauma n fear due to inconsistent care and people not reading notes it hurts patients it’s ur job to know. The Obgyn’s that did my surgery were amazing the after care nurses closing down recovery early and telling me to go home was not a good thing I went home in so much pain no Tylenol would even touch I touched it out I fell asleep in so much pain from CRPS last night this morning was so much better but there is nothing to prepare you for this it’s just painful.D&c is no joke ! God bless go to UCH health if you want good care .

I found myself in a particularly distressing predicament when urgent medical attention was required for my mother, but we faced significant barriers to communicating with our doctor. The root of the issue lay in a new medication the doctor had prescribed, which surprisingly led to a cascade of unexpected and troubling complications for her. This alarming turn of events prompted us to seek immediate help at the nearest urgent care facility. Upon our arrival at urgent care, the attentive medical staff quickly assessed my mother’s condition and recommended that we contact our gynecologist to discuss the concerning side effects of the medication. They highlighted the critical need for direct communication with her to ensure my mother received the correct treatment for her adverse reactions, emphasizing that without this information, her care could be compromised. I promptly called the clinic, my heart racing with worry, and spoke with a nurse who seemed empathetic to our plight. She reassured me that she would convey our pressing concerns to the doctor and promised to return my call as soon as possible. However, when the nurse finally did get back to me, her tone was overly apologetic yet firm, explaining that the doctor was inundated with patients and, unfortunately, wouldn't be able to engage in a conversation with us at that moment. I attempted to articulate the urgency of my mother’s situation once more, hoping to convey the gravity of her distress—after all, we were already at urgent care desperately seeking assistance. Despite my earnest attempts to elucidate the critical nature of our circumstances, the nurse reiterated that the doctor simply did not have the capacity to talk. This response left us grappling with frustration and helplessness, as securing an appointment with her previously had been an arduous task in itself. The entire experience was profoundly challenging; amidst the stress of my mother’s deteriorating condition, all we sought was clarity, guidance, and reassurance during this unsettling time. The lack of communication and support only added to our worry, amplifying the urgency of our need for comprehensive care and understanding.
The staff and nurse were super polite and put up with a Gang of dumb questions. Very professional. I thank God I don’t have a VJ. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
