I stayed in the sunrise suite for a wedding and it was really nice. I loved how the rooms shared a giant common area. We had some special diets and the caterers were great with accommodations. I was planning on running back and forth from home several times to care for my puppy, but they told me I could bring the puppy if I crated him when I was out of the room ($150 fee, but so worth it). There were lots of paths to walk the dog, which was great. They offer a golf cart service for people who can't walk far. It was a great stay and I can't think of a single thing that needed improvement.
Beautiful grounds and landscape . Beautiful main pool. Large rooms . Service at the entire resort , but specifically at the bar restaurant was slow . Constantly running out of items . The market where you can grab a coffee to go had no fresh pastries ! It felt like a gas station market with pre wrapped muffins! I found that unbelievable on a resort like this!!!On Sunday morning we went to the pool and there was garbage under the loungers , the garbage cans hadn’t yet been emptied from the day before . They had run out of pina coladas ( never ever had seen that at any resort) . Towels at the pool are so old they look like motel towels ( and the attendant told me to bring them back or they’d charge the room 😂).we were there for a conference for 4 days and the consensus among everyone was that aside from the beautiful grounds it’s a subpar resort . Did enjoy the live music on Saturday :)

We recently stayed at The Wigwam and had a pleasant overall experience. Our room was comfortable, with a very cozy bed and a spacious restroom that made our stay relaxing. While parts of the resort feel a bit dated and could benefit from some refreshing, the property still has charm and a welcoming atmosphere. The only inconvenience was that the pool closest to our room was closed for maintenance during our visit, but we still enjoyed our time on the beautiful grounds.
Stay here for a conference and the resort was nice! Admittedly I could not take advantage of many of amenities since I was there for work so this review is mainly OK the check in/out process as well the rooms and service. Check in/out was great! Smooth process and the ability to pre-check in was wonderful. Especially since I arrived rather later and very tired. The rooms were very clean, however, visually slightly out dated? This could be personal preference so my review is not heavily weighted on this. The service was phenomenal! Every single person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional as well. The Asada fries are a must and absolutely to die for. Biggest con is the location which means the ability to access local stores is limited without a car. This means the only option for purchasing snack is the egrigiously overpriced hotel store.
We stayed at the Wigwam for my daughter wedding weekend and the experience was truly exceptional. The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable definitely a luxury feel. The pool and surrounding areas were gorgeous and made the whole stay feel like a relaxing getaway. What stood out the most was the incredible staff, especially on the day of the wedding when the roads to our original venue flooded and they could barely accommodate the ceremony. In the middle of all that chaos, the Wigwam immediately stepped in and offered to host the wedding on their property. Looking back, we truly wish we had taken them up on it , their kindness, helpfulness and professionalism were beyond anything we expected, and the complete opposite of how The Willow wedding venue treated us. The Wigwam also provided a suite for the groom, groomsmen, and father of the groom to get ready, take photos, and have a calm, private space during the stress. Their support meant everything to us on such an overwhelming day. Our whole family along with all of our out-of-state guests absolutely loved this hotel. We can’t thank the Wigwam enough for their hospitality, generosity, and the way they helped make a chaotic wedding day feel a little easier. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.
