I didn't stay here overnight but attended a baby shower on 4/12 in one of the banquet rooms. The hotel is gorgeous inside and clean. The brunch buffet food we were served was very tasty and presented well. However, the staff is the main reason I am leaving this review. The staff was absolutely wonderful. So friendly, accommodating and attentive. I don't think I have ever been to an event where every staff member I interacted with was so exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to host an event.

Highly recommend, and I would absolutely stay here again.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Dearborn Inn to attend a beautiful wedding at the Henry Ford museum. I was fortunate to book the hotel with points for a great deal. The staff was very charismatic and accommodating. They gratously allowed me to have late checkout of 4pm with Titanium Elite status. I had the opportunity to have several upgrades but took the "base" room which was more than enough for just myself! Will definitely want to come and stay here again!
I would like to sincerely thank Miriam Kanaan at the Dearborn Inn for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. I had an issue with a charge on my account and had been following up with the hotel for quite some time without getting a resolution. Miriam was the one person who took the initiative to truly investigate the matter and help me find an answer. She went above and beyond her responsibilities, taking the extra time and effort to ensure my issue was handled properly. Throughout the process, Miriam was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. It was clear that she takes pride in her work and treats guests with kindness and respect. Her dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Employees like Miriam are what make a hotel stand out. She greatly enhanced my experience with the Dearborn Inn and is one of the main reasons I would gladly return as a guest. Housekeeping threw our clothing to the floor. The housekeeping manager refused to clean them citing no laundary facilities in house. Comped us points but still shows how disgusting housekeeping is at this property. Front desk staff was extremely nice. The comped breakfast was a limited menu where the only “real” hot breakfast item is scrambled eggs. It was delicious and the voucher takes care of everything including tips, so we just ate and left. Free EV charging was also a huge plus. It’s rare nowadays to see free charging at hotels. Hopefully they don’t change it soon. They usually turn the stations off so that locals don’t charge here, so you need to call front desk to ask them to send someone over to activate the stations.
