Contacted Way Cool For a home energy audit and to get my AC checked out! On the day of my appointment they kept me up to date with the technicians arrival time and the technician even called me when he was on his way. Once arrived the team was super friendly and respectful and explained to me every step of the way what they recommended and why. I choose to get my HVAC system deep cleaned along with my ductwork and dryer vent. They also recommended getting my ducts sealed as I had major gaps (old home) where the cool air was just escaping and hot in was coming in. I had no idea I was cooling the article and outside while trying to cool my house! The day of the second service I got another call when they were on their way and the team was also very friendly and knowledgeable. The job took about a half day and so far no complaints. I received a full report and photos with before and after photos. Everything about this company and these two visits was absolutely great! I would recommend this company to anyone and will be calling them again in 6 months to perform my fall cleaning. Thank you way cool for helping keep me and my family cool!
UPDATE 5/27/26: Had Way Cool Plumbing & Air back out today to service/tune-up the A/C at the rental property I manage, and once again Ping Moeveve was outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through all the system readings, ratings, and overall performance of the A/C in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed. As someone managing a property, transparency and trust matter a lot, and Ping definitely delivers both. It’s rare to find technicians who not only know their trade but also genuinely care about educating the customer and providing top-tier service. Another excellent experience with Way Cool Plumbing & Air! 5/12/26 I had a great experience with Way Cool Plumbing & Air. Ping Moeveve came out for my A/C tune-up and was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my system was running properly before he left. Chris also came out the same day to perform a water heater flush and did an excellent job as well! He was professional, efficient, and very helpful. And he had dog treats for my pups!! Are you kidding me?! So awesome!! Both technicians provided top-notch customer service, and you can tell the company truly cares about quality work. Highly recommend Way Cool Plumbing & Air!

Had a brief power surge due to the SRP grid being overloaded. My unit reset and it took about 3 hours for the cold air to return, but Robert from Way Cool was able to make it to my house that same night and discovered I was missing a surge protector, there was a condensation line that was leaking onto the insulation and my roof, and also, performed a maintenance tune up/cleaning. I couldn’t have had a better, more diligent technician work on my unit as in the past, warranty companies like Admiral Air and others did the bare minimum. He showed me videos and pictures of what was going on, and the work he performed after. Very satisfied with the work performed! Will definitely call again!
Had Way Cool out at our house a few weeks ago for an AC issue, (Heather Moss review) so didn’t hesitate to call them back for water heater. I didn’t just want to update previous review because they deserve another one! Thank you so much to Vance and Chris the techs who came out, and also the phone call from Steve. The collaboration, cooperation, and determination of this team to help us get done what we needed to get done was amazing. Impeccable customer service all the way around. We are feeling truly blessed, forever grateful , and customers for life!
Luis was amazing! Very kind and helpful. I am confident in the work he did and appreciate your services !
