ER plumbing was fantastic. Great customer service from the first call to communication on the phone and text messages. The technician Nick Hunter was great! Explained everything and very responsive. Jaxson did an excellent job of assessing and fixing our problem. We weren’t getting water into the house and he diagnosed that it was a clogged PRV valve. He cleaned it and we are good to go. He also looked at some on our tankless water heater while he was there. He was quick, efficient and good!

Purchased a tankless water heater my technician Jake Maloney was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He did a tremendous job with the installation and thoroughly answered all questions. All of the staff at ER Services come highly recommended.
