It has been a great experience so far, very friendly and helpful staff all around, especially Yvonne. She’s been amazing! We were nervous about the unknown’s of getting an attorney but I am so glad we went with Bachus and Schanker. Do not recommend. They strung my case along for a year and a half without any written proof between them and Uber’s insurance company. My initial case manager, Kristi Stratton, disappeared off the face of the earth and they didn’t tell me for about a month. My initial lawyer, Garett, was very impersonable, so I requested a new lawyer. They set me up with Brandi park and she wasn’t any better. If your case is “complex”, as they kept telling me, then by all means don’t use this company. They don’t care about you

Look no further! Where do I start? We recently had an unfortunate event occur and were looking for the best representation. I called many and when I say many law firms to try and find someone to settle my case. Every other law firm either didn’t return calls or had a rude intake specialist. From the beginning our intake specialist was so professional, knowledgeable and above all, sympathetic! To when Howard Thigpen the most well articulate shark (in the best way possible) took over the case and won for us. We never ever lost faith in his abilities and trusted his strategic plan. Andrea Bible his paralegal was also amazing at staying on top of things and kept us informed along the way. I know being an attorney is completely different than being a therapist but my God, Howard was amazing at also keeping us calm and collected. It was also fun seeing him in action in depositions and absolutely crushing it. If you are debating on who to hire, please hire Howard Thigpen, he WILL fight for you and get you the justice you deserve!
I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. My attorney severely misrepresented major parts of my case, including the amount of time I was unable to work and the extent of my injuries. Important details were minimized or inaccurately communicated, and I only discovered the errors when I reviewed the file myself. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark about what was happening with my claim. I expected accurate representation and advocacy, but that was not my experience. I would encourage anyone considering this firm to be cautious and make sure they feel fully informed and supported.
