My sister and I traveled to this resort at the beginning of July for our birthdays. The resort was beautiful and clean and the food delicious but it was the staff that made our visit truly memorable! From the moment we arrived Joshua at Tiki Social welcomed us with phenomenal service. We had wonderful massages at Joya spa and our server, Ivana at the rooftop pool took pictures for us that turned out memorable!! Thank you for that!! Hawa greeted us each morning with a beautiful smile at Crave each morning and went above and beyond! We also had great service from Keith and so many we want to thank! The staff is the reason we will come back time and time again!!
One of the best decisions we made during our Arizona girls’ trip was purchasing a day pass to enjoy the pool at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa Montelucia. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Valet was easy, check-in was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. The pool area itself was beautiful, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. It was exactly the relaxing day we needed. A special thank you to Rae, who took excellent care of us while we lounged poolside. She kept the cocktails coming, checked on us throughout the day, and made sure we had everything we needed to simply relax and enjoy ourselves. Another staff member suggested we try Mamma Lucy’s for dinner, and that recommendation ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip. The fact that the staff took the time to offer local recommendations that turned out to be so memorable speaks volumes about the level of hospitality we experienced. If you’re looking for a relaxing pool day in Scottsdale without booking an overnight stay, I highly recommend the day pass experience. It was worth every penny.

Fantastic location. Amazing staff and gorgeous facilities. The spa was top notch! Waitstaff incredibly accommodating and the rooms were just beautiful. Only complaint- feeling rushed on check out day by housekeeping staff entering my room twice before the 12pm checkout time. Otherwise an amazing time for my conference.
Carlos was absolutely wonderful! He was so sweet, personable, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. He made us feel comfortable right away and created such a positive atmosphere throughout our meal. His friendly personality, attentiveness, and great attitude truly enhanced our experience. It’s clear that he cares about his guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. Carlos made our visit memorable, and we left feeling well taken care of. Thank you, Carlos, for making our experience so enjoyable. We hope to see you again on our next visit!
Very nice, relaxing and accommodating. Staff very friendly and helpful too. Carlos, the pool waiter, provided the absolute best service in the world! Hands down! Shout to Jasmine for help w a change of room/scenery too. Thank you all for a much needed getaway. It’s a 12 on 1-10 scale.❤️
