If you are thinking of building a new home it is definitely worth the trip to visit the model center. The homes are beautiful and decorated very nice. You can walk through the displays without someone being with you. This makes it nice if you just want to check them out without and pressure.

During a trip fom NC to OH we stopped in to see a specific model home. The team in Akron could have been more accommodating and willing to assist even knowing our purchase would take place elsewhere. The facility is amazing and the model we visited exceeded our expectations!
I will give 5 stars or more if possible to Kimberly. Loved how thorough and honest she was throughout the process of planning , love her energy and she really cares and is passionate about what she does , did not feel like we met her for the first time Loralie at the front is so friendly and positive and very helpful. Loved our experience so far
We got to work with Kim on Saturday, and she was absolutely amazing!! She was great with our kids and with us. She answered all of our questions and guided us in the direction we need to go. Showed us everything, and made or dream house. I can't wait to go back her help us with the finishing steps!!!
