Exceptional Service – A True Blessing! First and foremost, I want to thank God for sending Mr. Brock our way. He is an amazing, caring, hardworking professional who is truly passionate about what he does. That passion shows in the quality of his work and the way he treats his customers. I found Mr. Brock on Angi after another plumber had attempted to fix our sewer issue but unfortunately made the problem much worse. Our backyard was completely destroyed, and we were overwhelmed. When Mr. Brock called, I explained everything that had happened, and he immediately told me he would come take a look. From the moment he arrived, I knew he was the right person for the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and confident. After speaking with him, I told my husband, "He's the one—we're hiring him." When Mr. Brock walked into our backyard, his first words were, "Are you serious?" He couldn't believe the condition it had been left in. He explained that the work was dangerous and that a job like this could easily cost around $30,000, but he gave us a fair and affordable price. He assured us, "I got y'all. I'm going to get this taken care of." He started the job on Thursday and faced challenge after challenge. Because the previous plumber had caused so much damage, it was nearly impossible to locate the sewer line from the house. Mr. Brock never gave up. He said he prayed about it, and God led him to exactly where it was. The ground was so saturated that it repeatedly caved in while he was working. In fact, the ground collapsed on him six different times. Even through all of that, he stayed determined, called in additional help, and safely completed the job. Today, we have a brand-new sewer system, and our family finally has peace of mind. Mr. Brock took the time to explain every step of the process, kept us informed throughout the entire project, and demonstrated incredible dedication, honesty, and integrity. My husband and I are beyond grateful for everything he did. If you're looking for a plumber who is trustworthy, skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend Mr. Brock.
