We are so pleased with our new roof and the service we got from Molloy. This communication was a little slow to get a proposal, but once we got scheduled, they came out the week they said they would (weather can be an issue, so we were lucky there) and were done in just over a day. Their lead guy Michael was very helpful and communicative. The new roof and tuck pointing look beautiful.
Tyler Marsh did a very thorough inspection of our roof. He answered all my questions completely. Tyler also did a minor repair by replacing some loose fasteners on a flange on one of our roof vents. We have used Molloy for many years to replace roofs and make roof repairs. They always do quality work and I have recommended this company to others.

I keep returning to Molloy because they are the best. Fair pricing, exceptional craftsmanship. Had our box gutters completely replaced. They look better than ever. The crew was professional, making sure to tidy the job site every day. Even touched up paint on the trim - that’s the kind of extra touch that sets Molloy above the rest. They’ll always have my business.
Got many quotes, Molloy was one of the higher ones... Then I realized why. They were quoting to fix issues other companies not olny didnt see, but wern't going to even address. I had rotted wood, bad LEAF FILTER gutters, ( dont ever use them) cracked chimney cap, incorrect gutter reinstall ( leaf filter again) and rotted facia. They found , quoted and fixed EVERYTHING. even painted all the new wood AT NO EXTRA COST. They were fast, neat and thorough, from day one till finished. They cleaned up to where you could not even tell they were there. All said, they were the right choice, and were NOT as expensive as doing the roof, then finding all the issues the other companies would have ignored , then I would have had to pay for and deal with in the future... My wife and father in law also used them on different buildings, and now, I wouldn't even call anyone else in the future. Just USE MOLLOY, period.
We’ve used Molloy Roofing in the past and was very satisfied with the company. So, when we developed a small leak we called them again. They were easy to schedule, prompt and polite from the start. They explained everything including the estimate as they continued. Bill and Tyler were great and very professional. They repaired the leak (loose ridge vent) and offered to return to secure the other ridge vents that were starting to show loosening. After 2 rain dates, they were able to finish up on a very windy day in a very timely fashion. Molloy will definitely be our go to for any other roofing needs.
