I had a six year old Amana A/C unit fail. Milestone was very courteous and scheduled me accordingly. The mechanic showed up within the window described. His upsell technique was good, but he did not even know what he had in his truck. The Advantage membership was dangled while mentioning a part that he found he didn't have, and put a standard part on instead. Classic bait and switch. Yes, it was cheaper, but now I know I will have even more repair costs in the future, that the Advantage membership won't cover. That said, the unit works fine now and I can only assume the work done wasn't subpar. We will see.
Alex Dominguez cane out and quickly and professionally fixed my AC issue. Good communication, was on time and extremely knowledgeable. Will call Milestone again if we ever need anything else!
