We were pleased with the work done to our siding by KPR. We contacted 2 other businesses and heard nothing back. KPR contacted us immediately after leaving a VM and showed up the next day. We got a quote and before the estimator left, he decreased the cost by almost $100! There were a ton of homes damaged by the winds in April so there was a little wait but that was ok. They kept in contact with us and showed up on time the day they scheduled to fix our home. Their team completed our problem area in under a hour and were very courteous. We interviewed roofers for two years. .We chose Parkhill and what a fantastic job they did. From the moment they came out to preview the area to the roof completion , every worker was most professional. Every worker cared about his job and even got along together sharing a few jokes. They were here to answer any question and do anything they could to make us, the customer happy .Gabe was one of the managers and what a job he does representing Parkhill. He was knowledgeable, patient and most understanding! He is an asset to the company! Luis, was also knowledgeable and empathetic to our concerns! Our roof is beautiful and we could never be happier. I recently hired Ken’s Parkhill Roofing to replace our aging cedar shake roof, and they exceeded every expectation. From the very first quote to the final walk through, their team was professional, responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. The crew worked efficiently and carefully removed all the old cedar shake shingles, which was a messy and time-consuming job. They handled everything with precision, protecting our landscaping and property throughout the process. The new roof installation was flawless - perfectly aligned, beautiful clean lines and top quality materials. It looks fantastic. They cleaned up each day before leaving. The entire job was finished on schedule and within the quoted price. If you need a reliable roofing company that delivers excellent craftsmanship and outstanding customer service, look no further. Before and after photos. They did a great job at matching colors. I’m so much happier with the regular siding than the faux siding that was on there. The workmanship looks very nice and I am super pleased with the outcome.
We recently had our roof replaced and Parkhill did a fantastic job. The roof was completed in 1 day. We are also having them replace our siding and gutters which are being completed here shortly. Ken sr walked and talked me thru the whole thing and made it effortless. The project manager Jeff was also awesome along with all of the crew.
