I had cut my grass for 20 years before hiring Integrity last year and somehow I managed to never mangle gutters or downspouts, or hit the siding of my home. I haven’t experienced the better services after the price increase this season. If we could terminate service now, we would. We won’t be returning next season.
Had a fantastic experience with Integrity on our recent window & siding project. From Jeff during the quoting visit, to Marc and his window crew installing all new windows for us to Megan Volker and her siding crew doing a fantastic job on our siding & fascia. Thank you to everyone who was involved, extremely satisfied.
Communication skills are terrible... Roof crew and siding crew both had 1 person that spoke English and they both left about 30minutes after the work started the 1st day. After work was finished had a list of things needing re-done, wires exposed, lights not working, spacing on lights not measured, door frame not attached properly. They did return and fix most of the problems. And last week they were supposed to show up for an inspection. When they didn't I called and was told I didn't confirm. When the appointment was originally made I was told." see you then if anything changes let us know" nothing changed they just didn't show up. For what the sell you and charge you they need to do way better. I have not and will not recommend them to anyone. Just be very cautious if you do business with them.

From the start to the end I can’t say enough about this company. Salesman Trevor was awesome and explained everything, got on the roof and did inspection. He was never pushy, just very professional. Day of installation, Brett and his amazing crew did an awesome job. 7 hours and a new roof on 2 story house, another hour for cleanup. Can’t say enough about the service we received. Very professional and nice people to work with
Integrity Home Exteriors did an awesome job. We had 2 other companies give us an estimate before Integrity. I’m so glad we chose Integrity! The price was very reasonable. We had a complete tear off of 2 layers of shingles and added baffles in the attic and ridge vents. The crew was great and everyone is easy to talk to. They did a great job cleaning up. I love my new roof! Thank you Integrity and crew for a job well done! I highly recommend Integrity.
