Stayed here for 2 nights. It was a wonderful stay! We were given a room with the most amazing view of the John A Roebling Suspension Bridge. Breakfast buffet was set up very nicely. Even have a cafe and restaurant inside the hotel as well. The kids loved the elevators, I believe that was the highlight of their stay. Rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the water pressure is phenomenal! I can not wait to stay here again!
Most people choose this location because it’s perfect and also because they have a lap pool but the pool is only 3 feet deep and there are no markings on the bottom. Do not wear shaded goggles always wear clear it took me about 1917 to 19 strokes to get from one side of the pool to the other, I would say it’s about 50 m maybe a little less but like I said, the staff was very polite but the food is expensive and it’s even more expensive if you have to drive away, I will tell you that the food is delicious. Everyone here was very polite. The location is perfect. rooms are a little small and the parking only takes a select cars that always says “ticket jammed” There’s no hooks to hang up your keys or anything in the bathroom and the toilet seat seats are kind of wobbly the water pressure is weak. The swimming pool was nice to swim laps but it’s only 3 feet and there’s always children in there. there’s no place to smoke and no balcony the laundry room needs cleaning. I tipped the other lady after two days it took for her to come in and change my bed. They don’t sanitize the buttons on the elevators and the luggage racks need to be cleaned thoroughly. In The laundry room, there is no sink to wash your hands so bring wipes. Staff is friendly food is heavenly!

Beautiful hotel with impeccable upkeep and convenient parking. Room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and had gorgeous views of bridge and river. Very walkable area with fun restaurants, bars, coffee and bookstores all nearby. Front desk staff including Aisha were friendly and welcoming and AGM Jackson went above and beyond to correct a booking error on our end. First visit to the Cincinnati area but we look forward to staying here again.
Celebrated my birthday weekend here. Arrived to a very nice gift bag and a customized card signed by the staff. Nice touch! 🥰 Amazing service by the front desk staff. Unparalleled views of Cincinnati skyline. Perfect location. Even room service was good!! Lol!! LOVED OUR STAY. Will be back next year! Ana Hernandez.
The only good about this hotel are the friendly girls at the reception. Rooms are ok. Breakfast is awful - the waitress are not doing their job by ignoring you and not asking if you’d like a drink. Second time I am here and the second time the house fire alarm went off. This time even twice, once at midnight - once at 3am. Avoid it if you can.
