Culture here is very positive. Derek at reception area was very effective and kind to those looking for rooms. Valet service had very pleasant and thoughtful people who were very kind. Ian in the bistro-- this guy went above and beyond. We waiting on French toast on buffet - and he went to the kitchen and put in request for a la carte French toast and brought it out before the large batch came out for the buffet. Above and beyond service. Others were just as pleasant. Friends staying at a couple of other hotels in city did not experience this.
The moment we arrived, the hotel delivered an atmosphere that felt both urbane and genuinely welcoming. Every detail of the stay elevated the event and helped make the entire experience feel magical. The food was delicious, the service was consistently attentive and professional, and the overall ambiance was sophisticated without ever feeling pretentious. What impressed us most was how effortlessly the staff handled such a large event while still making guests feel personally cared for. After three days here, we left genuinely in awe of the hospitality we experienced. A truly delightful stay, and one we’ll remember very fondly.

Another great stay at this Hilton! Love the location, easy walk to a ton of dining options including North Market. Staff is always friendly, gym has a solid selection of equipment, and the restaurants onsite are fantastic. If you head up to the roof top, try and catch Happy Hour, it's a great deal!
This hotel was exceptional! I stayed here for two nights for a conference held on site, and I was very satisfied with my experience. This hotel is the largest in Ohio by number of rooms, and consists of two buildings on opposite sides of the street connected by a skybridge. The walk from the parking garage to my room on the 27th floor was lengthy, however the hotel had detailed signage making it easy to navigate. The restaurant had excellent food, and the service was prompt and efficient. The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating. My room and the public areas were clean and well maintained. You can tell that a true culture of hospitality prevails at this establishment.
The staff here were incredible! The hotel was extremely accommodating to several needs that arose and responded quickly to the AC malfunction in my room. They got it fixed up perfectly! The room was comfortable, large, and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was as the automatic light that came in anytime I walked into the bathroom. I wish that could be shut off. The rooftop bar was wonderful and they have a happy hour. The Spark restaurant had great flatbread! Some stand out staff are Steve (Stephen?) who helped with my bags and got me ice when I came in injured and Zi’Aisha at check out. Brandi helped me by phone in the weeks leading up to my reservation and the check in attendant (I don’t remember her name) was patient and kind. I would 1000% stay at this Hilton again.
