I thought the Hilton Columbus hotel was fantastic --- and I was in and out of the hotel for 3 days -- just for dinner! Not only was interior absolutely stunning, but the service I received was outstanding. I had a great experience because of the service. Location was super important. I highly recommend staying here. Plus, it's within walking distance of everything and a lot of great downtown neighborhoods. It’s a really incredible space --- top notch for huge crowds for the Arnold Expo.
I wasn’t staying at this specific hotel. I was here for the vet conference and we had a happy hour at the Sparks bar and me and my coworker enjoyed it so much we came back the next night just to see the staff. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to do something extra for us. This is the best experience we both have ever had at a bar and wish we lived closer so we could come more often just for the service and great conversations with every bartender there. Thank you guys so much for making us feel special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, Amara made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect for getting around easily. FYR had some great cocktails as well and I would come here just for a meal even if I don't stay at the hotel.
Excellent customer service. This hotel sets the tone for a wonderful day relaxing or exploring. It also sets the tone for bonding with friends and family. People were everywhere and yet I personally didn't hear one person complain about the hotel or its service. Many faces were smiling. I want to personally acknowledge Tiffany and Benny for great service.

Her customer service was outstanding — she was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed, offered helpful suggestions, and checked to ensure we were comfortable throughout our visit.
