1.0Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. My mother had an appointment at this clinic and ended up waiting for over an hour to be seen because the staff apparently forgot about her. It is unacceptable to make a patient wait that long simply because they failed to keep track of their appointment. Yvonne was really rude towards my mother and didn't try to understand her frustration. Patients’ time should be respected, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic and will be looking for a more organized and professional place for my mother’s care. 0/10
