Ben is just an absolutely amazing guy. His follow-up and return call back is on point. Always kept us updated when he was behind on another job. He worked in sub-zero frigid temps to repair our brakes and never once complained. He was very professional and knew that we were down to one vehicle. He even drove all the way from Akron and only charged a small fee for the long trip, which I really appreciated. Everything was done correctly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
