The entire team at Rainier Roofing were incredible to work with for replacing our roof! I am ecstatic with the service I have received from them. From their sales rep, Anthony, to the foreman and workers assigned to the project. From their moment they arrive, there is text communications and pictures. Throughout every step, they inform you of what is happening. They just finished on my daughter’s roof. I must have received over 80 pictures while they worked. They did my roof last year. I was so impressed I promised Anthony that they’d do her roof when the time came. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, concern, and service. You won’t be disappointed.

Rainier roofing replaced our roof. Top notch quality of work and communication every step of the way, from initial consultation to final walkthrough. Very professional. - Anthony did the initial inspection and invited me up on to the roof to show me the things he found. He spent an hour talking me through the current conditions of the roof system, what factors likely contributed to those conditions, and what needs to be done as part of the roof install to address all those issues. He covered much more than just replacing the shingles - he looked at the entire roof as a system including considerations for ventilation, moisture, chimney condition, water intrusion, and a vent pipe that had been previously installed wrong. - When the work started, the project team texted us many photos and descriptions of all work as it was being done. It felt like I was right there with them on the roof. - Perfect clean up. No nails or debris left around the property.

Every day, Jared, the owner, sent videos and photos showing the progress from start to finish, so I never had to guess what was happening on my roof. I was also impressed by Jared's honesty. He actually talked me out of work I thought I needed, which saved me money. He only suggested what was truly necessary and even identified ways to improve our roof's water flow. Finding mold on the roof boards could have been a major stressor, but Jared handled it with total transparency, walking me through the updated bid and the solution. The detail work on our flat top roof is meticulous and perfectly sealed. I also appreciated that Jared is a great resource for broader projects. He coordinated work for our deck replacement and gutter installation, which saved us the hassle of finding separate contractors. To top it off, the crew cleaned the site entirely at the end of every single day. I would highly recommend Rainier Roofing to anyone who values transparent communication and attention to detail.
Highly professional and courteous from start to end. This was replacing our original 28 year old roof. Anthony came out to do the estimate and was very transparent and detailed on what services would be covered. The estimate came within 36 hours and was very competitive to other estimates we got. I chose Rainier Roofing because they were very open to helping me with getting access to my attic without tacking on surcharges. The crew was prompt, friendly, and extremely professional. Jose, the project manager, kept me up to date throughout each day with photos of the progress and documented all problem areas prior to asking me for permission before moving forward. the overall experience was really good and I highly recommend them.
