Jason was fantastic. He took the time to carefully diagnose what was, at first glance, a simple fix on our boiler. After investigating thoroughly, he uncovered a mistake made during installation and got it fixed the next day. He showed that he really cared and was very professional. Great experience.
Golden West and Josh Arana, in particular, were lifesavers when my thermal expansion tank failed over a weekend and caused leaking in my basement. Josh arrived within 30 minutes of my call and was able to replace the tank the same day. Although it was a stressful situation, his kind, calm demeanor and clear communication was greatly appreciated. He returned the following week to install a new water heater and again he was prompt, communicative, and did excellent work. Based on these two experiences, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Golden West to others.

Golden West really saved my day. They were able to get me on the schedule same day, and someone was at my house within a couple hours of me calling. Chris clearly explained the issue and my options for fixing it. He was very personable and helped ease my panic about possibly losing a/c in July!
