When you have a home with a basement/slab/ enclosed room that had an old system it was hard to keep the heat balanced. Now the new system makes it much easier with the setting at 70 degrees, keeps the house temperature much warmer. The installation of the systems was done quickly and professionally by the complete team at Great Dane 🥰! Truly glad to be able to run every system running of gas. Thee new system looks fabulous and our home is warm.

Great Dane Plumbing is so much more than a plumbing company. They are a company built on honesty, integrity, compassion, and exceptional customer service. Collin was absolutely amazing. From the moment he arrived, he treated me with kindness and respect. He took the time to explain everything, answered every question I had without making me feel rushed, and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion are rare to find. He quickly diagnosed the problem, cleared my main drain, and had everything working perfectly again. Thanks to his expertise, what I thought would be a financial disaster turned into an enormous relief. Great Dane should be incredibly proud to have Collin representing their company. He deserves a huge raise. If I owned the company, I would give him one without hesitation. As a dog lover, I also have to say I absolutely love the company's name. Buyer Beware! We took advantage of an offer through our gas provider for a furnace tune-up with Great Dane Heating. The service technician arrived and quickly advised us that, “for our safety and yours,” he had to shut the gas off to our furnace. He explained that our heat exchanger had cracked cells and could leak carbon monoxide throughout our house. He strongly recommended replacing the furnace entirely and arranged for a member of his sales team to come out and provide a quote. Concerned, I scheduled the sales appointment but also decided to get estimates from other reputable heating and cooling companies for comparison. After explaining what the Great Dane technician had told us, the owner of another company—who was also the salesperson—mentioned that he had heard many similar complaints about this type of situation involving Great Dane. Since our furnace had been shut down and we were told it “could not be used,” he offered to inspect it himself. He removed and examined the components, including the heat exchanger that the Great Dane technician claimed was cracked. There was no crack, no rust, and it appeared very clean and in good condition. The Great Dane technician had used a pipe camera and showed me images of some joints in the heat exchanger, claiming they were cracks. In reality, our heat exchanger was not cracked, nor was it faulty. Our furnace had absolutely nothing wrong with it. Word to the wise: always get a second opinion. there are so many crooks out there . I have pictures of the heat exchanger if anyone needs proof for their technician. What makes this even more concerning is that Great Dane performed a tune-up on this same furnace last year and told us it was in great condition, which is why their recent diagnosis immediately raised red flags for us.
I called Great Dane regarding three issues. All were handled to my satisfaction. The tech did an outstanding job with all three. He was professional in that he explained everything that he was going to do and why he was going to do it. He was also very courteous, putting on booties every time he came into the house after going outside. Plus, we engage in just conversation. A very pleasant person, and I would request him by name if I call for any other plumbing related issues.
