I had an outstanding experience at EurWerks and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I dropped my Mercedes off, the team was professional, friendly, and transparent. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and gave me honest options without any pressure to do unnecessary work. The repair was completed faster than expected, the work was done cleanly, and the car now runs perfectly again. Their communication throughout the process was excellent — I always knew what was happening and when it would be ready. I really appreciate the honesty and quality of service. Easy to work with and did a great job. Had my brake assist go out on my F Type and they traced to a stuck check valve on the brake booster vacuum line. Also took care of a few other smalls. Tina was communicative with every question I had. Happy with the experience and will be back when needed.

Found them on Google because I was looking for a Porsche mechanic. They were amazing to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the brakes issue quickly. Had them repair the rear brake sensors at a fair price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll be back
This was my first time at Eurwerks in Nashville. Great location, reasonably close to the heart of the city. Their communication and transperency was outstanding. Tina acted as my service advisor. She is a true professional. The people that I met in the office were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Eurwerks.
I had a great experience at EurWerks and would recommend them to anyone. I needed to take a car in for a PPI, which was pretty nerve-racking. I was looking at a new car, and none of my previous mechanics worked on older European cars. The team was really responsive and seemed genuinely caring. They did a thorough inspection and talked me through what everything in my report meant. They even walked me through potential options, pricing, and next steps.
