Absolutely will recommend this company for services. I had a sink that has been out of balance and not connected since September 2025. Finally got it completed and I’m so happy with the results. Fernando was prompt and did everything without any worries. Completely satisfied and will recommend to others who will need a sink reinstalling or anything. Unfortunately the video is better but I can upload a couple of pictures.
GEI Plumbing Services is an amazing company! The team is incredibly friendly and easy to work with, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Their prices are very affordable, and the quality of their work is outstanding.
UPDATE : The company has reached out to resolve my issue I was actually impressed by the manager’s professionalism and how understanding of the situation they were I’ve switched from 2 stars to 4! Unfortunately, the only thing this company did correctly was show up on time. They did show up within their window and I was satisfied with that part. However, my issue was my water heater was not lit. The pilot light was out. They charge a 45 $ Dr. over fee just to come look the technician who arrived mentioned nothing of the ignition issues. I told him we were having looked at it so it was an older unit and just gave me a quote to either flush. This one cause it was old or buy a brand new one so my choices were $400 flush or $3000 new unit. I got a second opinion from a company that was much more honest, the issue was Our attic was a little hot and the pilot light went out second company was here all of five minutes and had the issue resolved and confirmed all my suspicions that it was an ignition thing I couldn’t figure out myself. Also amongst doing research I found that other companies are not charging nearly as much as this company is charging for services or new units. They were here just trying to get more money out of jobs even though it wasn’t necessary.

The Tech came out within 2 hours of calling GEI, they explained what needed to be done and promptly fixed my plumbing issue that day. I had a discrepancy regarding the invoice and received a call from the owner Idan who personally handle and resolved the issue promptly. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism from this company.
I called for a professional inspection and estimate. They responded within an hour of my call. The technician was very nice. I wrote my review premature. The initial experience was great. I was promised a proper report of his findings but I haven't received it. I appreciate the quick response but if I'm not able to get what I needed the visit was in vain. I have to call another plumber to give me another quote.
